General Objective
To contribute to the social appropriation of the musical instrumental heritage of Colombia and the world, through the generation of spaces and activities for research, enjoyment and appreciation of the musical cultures represented in the Mundo Sonoro collection.
Specific Objectives
- To offer the visiting public significant experiences regarding the appreciation of the heritage of Colombian and world musical instruments.
- To promote the collection, conservation, research and dissemination of musical instruments whose historical or ethnographic value represents a cultural heritage for the region.
- Promote training, innovation, production and dissemination of exhibition content and educational programs on the cultural value of the collection.
